You do not always have to give oral sex in order for a women to reach orgasm. But you can use oral sex to reach orgasmic point... What you need to do is to stimulate the G-spot which is located just inside the vagina. It is not far in wards... Having said that, many women enjoy oral sex because it also stimulate the nerve endings on the lips and the hood of their vaginal opening.
